Lodan maxx is a water based polymer dispersion, which is highly resistant to alcohol based surface and skin disinfectants. Lodan maxx is easy to apply using traditional application methods (e.g. mop, applicator). Due to its advanced adhesion properties, Lodan maxx can be applied shortly after stripping. 

Application area: All water resistant floorings apart from wooden floors, laminates,carpets and floorings not recommended for coating. Ideal for nursing homes, hospitalsand other high risk areas where use of hand or rapid surface disinfectants is required.
